Our Approach to Skills Development

IY Group is passionate about the advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and has entered into learnership programs to develop these skills in order to assist in the skills development and poverty eradication, wealth creation and fight unemployment in our own small way. IY Group has started by training Certified Ethical Hackers who have been working with us to respond to the immense Cyber Security problems faced by the world. On behalf of Bank SETA our team has trained over 200 CEH trainees who will be deployed by banks in their Cyber Security internships.

Additionally our team members are accredited Facilitators, Coaches and Mentors. Furthermore IY Group is in the process of finalising our accreditation with the relevant SETAs.

Our next program will focus on developing Data Analytics and Software Asset Management Skills in order to address the key market demands that are not being properly addressed and targeted.
